About 6Six Needles

6Six Needles provides custom patch and decoration services, including embroidered patches, chenille patches, PVC patches, woven patches, leather patches, printed patches, labels, stickers, heat transfers, and related custom products.

All custom products are made based on the artwork, specifications, and approval provided by the customer.

Quotes and Pricing

Prices may vary based on product type, size, quantity, colors, backing, design complexity, turnaround time, and order requirements.

Any price shown on the website, calculator, advertisement, or estimate may be considered a starting price unless confirmed in writing.

A final quote is confirmed only after we review the artwork, order details, and requested specifications.

Artwork and Design Responsibility

Customers are responsible for submitting artwork, logos, trademarks, names, and designs they have the legal right to use.

By submitting artwork to 6Six Needles, customers confirm that:

• They own the design or have permission to use it
• The design does not violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
• The design does not contain illegal, hateful, abusive, or prohibited content

We reserve the right to refuse any order that may violate rights, laws, or our business standards.

Digital Mockups and Proof Approval

Before production, we may provide a digital mockup, proof, or sample preview for customer review.

Customers must carefully check all details before approval, including spelling, colors, size, shape, layout, backing type, quantity, product type, and order details.

Once a proof or mockup is approved, 6Six Needles is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved version.

Production

Production begins after payment and/or final approval, depending on the order terms.

Because custom products are made specifically for each customer, small variations may occur in thread color, material shade, patch size, stitching texture, border thickness, PVC color, printed color, placement, or finishing.

These variations are normal in custom production and do not automatically qualify as defects.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on order size, product type, design complexity, approval timing, holidays, internal workflow, or unexpected production issues.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, but rush timelines must be confirmed before the order is placed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by late approvals, incorrect customer information, payment delays, holidays, high order volume, or circumstances outside our control.

Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed before production.

Orders may require full payment or a deposit before work begins. Unpaid orders may be paused, delayed, or cancelled.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations

Because custom orders require artwork preparation, materials, scheduling, and production time, cancellation options depend on the order stage.

If the order has not entered production, cancellation may be reviewed.

If artwork, mockup, setup work, or preparation has already been completed, related service fees may still apply.

Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

Custom Order Policy

Custom products are made specifically for each customer.

Customers are responsible for approving all artwork, product details, quantities, and specifications before production.

If there is a clear production issue, customers should contact us with photos or details so we can review the concern.

If the issue is confirmed, 6Six Needles may offer a solution at its discretion, such as correction, replacement of affected items, or another suitable resolution.

Issues caused by approved artwork, incorrect customer-provided details, normal production variation, misuse, or changes requested after approval may not qualify for correction.

Product Images and Website Content

Product photos, examples, mockups, reviews, and images on the website are for reference and marketing purposes.

Actual results may vary depending on artwork quality, size, material, production method, and order specifications.

All website content, including text, graphics, images, layout, branding, and design elements, belongs to 6Six Needles unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, reproduce, or use our website content without permission.

Customer Reviews and Project Images

By sharing photos, reviews, feedback, or finished product images with us, customers allow 6Six Needles to use them for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes unless they request otherwise in writing.

If an order should not be shared publicly, the customer should let us know before or at the time of ordering.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders involving prohibited content, suspected fraud, abusive communication, intellectual property concerns, or unrealistic production expectations.

Limitation of Liability

6Six Needles is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to website use, order delays, product use, customer-submitted artwork, or customer-approved specifications.

Our maximum liability for any order will not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.

No Guarantee of Exact Color Match

We do our best to match requested colors as closely as possible. However, colors may appear differently on screens, mockups, threads, PVC, fabric, leather, printed materials, and finished products.

Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing before production.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the website or services means customers accept the updated terms.
