What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order is 10 patches for embroidered and printed styles, and 25 patches for PVC, glow-in-the-dark PVC, woven, chenille and leather. Smaller runs cost more per piece, so we recommend 100 patches for the best per-piece savings.

How long does production take?

You receive a mockup within 24 hours. After you approve the sample, production typically takes 7 to 12 business days. Rush options are available on request.

Do you send a sample before production?

Yes. Every order includes a real photo sample of your finished patch before we run the full batch.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG and even hand-drawn sketches. No artwork? Our in-house designers will create your mockup at no extra cost.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. Prices drop significantly at 100, 500 and 1,000 patches. Bulk pricing is available on larger runs — better rates on 100+ patches.

How is shipping handled?

Standard delivery inside the U.S. takes 3 to 5 business days after production. Free shipping on orders $99+. Expedited options available.
