Typical sizes
Cap front patches are usually 2.5 inches high, with 2.25 inches for a smaller look and 2.75 inches for a larger one. Chest logos typically run 3 to 4 inches wide, sleeve patches 2 to 3 inches, and back patches are quoted individually. Width follows your artwork proportions.

Backing options
Sew-on, iron-on / heat seal and adhesive backings are included at no extra charge. Hook-and-loop (Velcro-style) carries a small per-patch surcharge and is used where patches need to come off, such as tactical or uniform gear.

How much do 100 embroidered patches cost?
$220 total for 100 embroidered patches up to 4 inches on the longest side, which is $2.20 per patch. No setup fees. Premium backings such as hook-and-loop add a small per-patch charge.
Do I pay before I see the design?
No. No payment until you approve the mockup. You receive a free full-color digital mockup within 24 hours and only pay once you approve it.
What happens after I approve the mockup?
After payment we produce one real patch and send you a photo of it. Your full production run only starts once you approve that sample photo.
How long do custom patches take?
Standard turnaround is 10–14 business days after sample approval. Rush production is available: 5 to 7 business days up to 250 pieces, 7 to 10 business days on larger runs.
What patch size works best on a cap?
For a cap front, 2.5 inches high is the recommended size, with 2.25 inches for a smaller look and 2.75 inches for a larger one. Width follows your artwork proportions.
What backing is best for hats?
Sew-on or iron-on for permanent placement on structured caps. Hook-and-loop is for removable patches on tactical or uniform gear, not for everyday caps.
