Sew-on, iron-on, and adhesive backing are available with no extra charge. Hook-and-loop is $0.30 per patch.

Can I see my price before I submit anything?
Yes. When your product, quantity, size and backing are covered by our published pricing, your total and per-piece price appear on this page immediately — no contact details needed. Contact details are only asked for once you're ready for your mockup.
What if my patch is larger than 4 inches?
Standard package pricing applies up to 4 inches on the longest side. Larger sizes and unusual shapes use more material and machine time, so we price those by hand and send you a custom quote instead of an estimate.
Do I have to pay when I request a quote?
No. No payment until you approve the mockup. You'll see your digital mockup first, and a photo of a real sample before the full production run.
Can I upload a rough sketch or a low-resolution logo?
Yes. A phone photo, screenshot or hand sketch is enough to start. Our team redraws your artwork for production and shows you the digital mockup before anything is made.
What can I request a quote for?
Embroidered, PVC, glow-in-the-dark PVC, woven, chenille, leather and printed patches, plus woven labels, stickers, heat transfers, embroidery digitizing and Design Studio artwork services.
What is the minimum order?
Every custom patch construction starts at 5-piece patch minimum. Woven labels, stickers and heat transfers run in larger fixed quantities, which you'll see in the quantity options once you choose that product.
Can I request hook-and-loop backing?
Sew-on, iron-on, and adhesive backing are available with no extra charge. Hook-and-loop is $0.30 per patch.
What happens after I submit?
A designer reviews your details, confirms your pricing and emails your free digital mockup for approval. Nothing is produced until you approve it.
Can I get a quote without artwork?
Yes. Send your product, size and quantity along with a short description of what you want, and we'll follow up on artwork. Our Design Studio can also create it for you.
How long does production take after approval?
Standard production is 10–14 business days after you approve your sample.
