Short answer: custom patches run from about $1.15 per patch on a large embroidered order up to $6.60 per patch on a small chenille run. Construction and quantity decide almost everything else.
Every price on this page is pulled live from our production price sheet and covers finished sizes up to 4 inches with a standard sew-on or iron-on backing. There is no separate setup fee and no digitizing charge folded into these totals.

"Quoted" means that quantity is not on the standard sheet for that construction and is priced by hand on your quote.
Per-piece cost drops as quantity rises because artwork setup, thread or mold preparation and machine changeover are spread across more pieces. The savings column compares each tier's per-piece price against that product's smallest run.
The most common construction and the lowest entry point, with a 10-piece minimum.

Construction is the single biggest lever. At 100 pieces the spread runs from $2.20 per embroidered patch up to $3.20 per PVC patch, because molded and plush constructions need tooling and material that stitching does not. Quantity is the second lever and the one most buyers underuse. Moving an embroidered order from 10 pieces to 500 cuts the per-piece cost by about 85%. If a second run is likely within the year, ordering it now is almost always cheaper than reordering later.
The tables above cover finished sizes up to 4 inches. Larger patches use more material and more stitch or mold time, so they are hand-priced on your quote. Check how a size actually reads before you commit with the Actual Size Visualizer or the size guide.
Sew-on and iron-on / heat-seal backings are included in the prices above. Hook-and-loop (Velcro) adds $0.30 per patch — $30 on a 100-piece run. Read iron-on vs sew-on vs Velcro before you pick.
Complexity does not carry its own line item on the sheet. Where it shows up is in the construction you need: a logo with small type or fine linework may push you from embroidered to woven, and a full-color illustration may push you to printed. That construction change is what moves the price, not detail on its own.
Standard production is 10 to 14 Business Days after sample approval and is included. Rush adds a flat $50 to the order and brings smaller runs to 5 to 7 Business Days, larger runs to 7 to 10 Business Days.
