Total price for designs up to 4.00 inches on the longest side, with standard backing and tracked shipping included. Larger sizes get a custom price within 6 to 10 hours.

Questions about small orders
Do you make custom patches with no minimum?
Our minimum is 5 pieces for every patch type. That is low enough for a single team, a small club, a prototype or a first product test, while keeping each patch made to the same standard as a large run.
How much do 5 custom patches cost?
5 embroidered patches are $80 in total for designs up to 4.00 inches on the longest side. Other types are listed in the price table on this page. Larger sizes get a custom price within 6 to 10 hours.
Are there setup or digitizing fees on small orders?
No. There are no setup fees, and standard backing and tracked shipping are included in the price shown.
Is it cheaper per patch to order more?
Yes. The price per patch drops quickly as quantity goes up. For example, 50 embroidered patches work out to $3.30 each.
How long does a small order take?
Production is 10 to 14 business days after you approve your sample.
Do I see the design before paying?
You review and approve your free digital mockup before paying. After payment, we make a real sample and send you a photo of it to approve before the full production run begins.
