Jackets
Chest 3–4″ wide · back patches quoted individually
Heavier fabric takes a larger patch without pulling. Back patches are the one place where oversize is normal.
Apparel
Jackets, hoodies, shirts, denim and workwear each take a patch differently. The fabric decides the backing, the garment decides the size, and your artwork decides the construction. Orders start at 5 pieces.

Chest 3–4″ wide · sleeve 2–3″
Fleece moves, so sew-on holds better long term than a heat bond alone on a heavily worn hoodie.
Chest 2.5–3.5″ wide
Lighter knits show patch weight. Woven or printed keeps the patch flatter and less stiff than dense embroidery.
Back pocket 2–3″ · jacket back larger
Leather and embroidered both sit well on denim. Sew-on is the durable choice on a garment that gets washed hard.
Chest 3–3.5″ · name patches smaller
Prioritize legibility and wash durability over detail. Keep text lines few and thick.

Canvas is stable and forgiving. PVC handles outdoor exposure better than stitched thread.

Printed patchesUndecided? Run your artwork through Patch Advisor.
Iron-on / heat seal for quick application on stable woven fabrics, sew-on for garments that get washed and worn hard, hook-and-loop only where the patch needs to come off. Sew-on and iron-on are included at no extra charge.
A correctly bonded iron-on patch holds up to regular washing, but on fleece, stretch fabrics and heavy-wear garments a few anchor stitches around the edge is the safer choice.
Every custom patch type starts at 5 pieces: embroidered, woven, printed, chenille, leather, PVC and glow-in-the-dark PVC. Larger quantities simply lower your per-piece price.
