• How long does it take to get my mockup?＋
  Within 24 hours. You'll receive a full-color digital proof to review before anything moves forward.
• What's the minimum order quantity?＋
  For custom patches, the minimum is 10 pieces for embroidered and printed patches, and 25 pieces for PVC, glow-in-the-dark PVC, woven, chenille, and leather patches.
• Can I see a sample before production?＋
  Yes. We stitch one real patch and send you a photo for approval before the full run, so what you see is what you get.
• What file formats do you accept?＋
  JPG, JPEG, PDF, PNG or PSD. No clean file? Send a sketch or photo and we'll redraw it for you.
• Do you offer bulk pricing?＋
  Yes. The more you order, the lower your per-patch price. Your quote shows every tier.
• How long does production take?＋
  Most orders ship in 10 to 14 business days after you approve your sample. Rush (5 to 7 business days) is available.
• How is shipping handled?＋
  Tracked shipping with no extra charges. You'll get a tracking link the moment your order ships.
• Do you ship to the UK?＋
  Yes. We ship to the UK with tracking and no extra shipping charge.
• Do you make stickers, labels, and heat transfers too?＋
  Yes. We create custom vinyl stickers, woven labels, and heat transfers. Select the product on the quote form and we'll price it for your project.
• How much does embroidery digitizing cost?＋
  Digitizing is priced by your finished design size. Enter your Width and Height on the digitizing form and your price appears instantly, before any work begins.
• Can you digitize a low-resolution logo?＋
  In most cases, yes. Send us what you have and we'll tell you honestly whether it will hold up in thread before you pay anything.
