Why 6Six Needles
Ordering custom patches usually means paying first and finding out later. We run it the other way round: a free digital mockup before payment, a photo of a real sample before the full run, and a 5-piece minimum so a first order does not have to be a big one.
A patch is a physical object made from a flat file, and the gap between the two is where orders go wrong. Two approval gates close that gap, so you are never committing a full run on the strength of artwork alone.
Stage 1
You see the proposed patch, at the size and construction we recommend, within 24 hours. No payment until you approve the mockup.
Stage 2
After approval we produce a real sample and photograph it. That photo is the physical check: color, stitch density, edge finish and size in hand.
Stage 3
The run only starts once you approve the sample photo. Standard turnaround is 10–14 business days after sample approval, and every order ships tracked.
Since 2015 we have delivered millions of patches for 4,000+ U.S. brands and organizations. Our production experience includes projects for NBA teams and football teams affiliated with FIFA, along with apparel companies, restaurants, hospitality businesses, teams and independent brands.
Every patch in our gallery is a job we produced and shipped. Look at the stitch edges, the color counts and the size relative to the garment, then compare that against what you need.
Choosing patches online is hard because the decisions are physical. Which construction holds your detail, how big it should finish, and where it sits on the garment. These tools answer that before an order exists.

Most people start with a logo pulled from a website, a photo of an old patch, or a rough idea. Our Design Studio covers the file work between that and production: logo design, vector conversion, artwork cleanup and color separation. For machine embroidery, see embroidery digitizing or run the digitizing advisor.
"I just received my order and I'm in love with it. Thank you for your amazing work. I will for sure have more orders to come!"
"Thank you AGAIN for all your hard work! The patches look WONDERFUL!"
"They were perfect, thank you so much."
