Custom Uniform Patches for Workwear & Teams

Uniform patches have a different job from brand patches: they need to be read at a distance, survive laundering and look identical on every garment in the run. Orders start at 5 pieces and you approve a digital mockup before paying.

Placement and typical sizes

Readability and durability

On a uniform, contrast beats detail. A two-color mark with thick strokes stays legible across a warehouse floor; a detailed crest at the same size turns into a smudge. Where text is essential, woven holds finer lettering than embroidery at the same width.

  • Merrowed or heat-cut edges keep the patch from fraying through repeated washing.
  • Sew-on holds best on garments that go through industrial or frequent laundering.
  • Hook-and-loop lets one garment carry interchangeable role or name patches; it carries a small per-patch surcharge.
  • PVC wipes clean, so it suits outdoor crews and anywhere thread would stain.

Uniform patch questions

What is the minimum for uniform patches?

Every custom patch type starts at 5 pieces: embroidered, woven, printed, chenille, leather, PVC and glow-in-the-dark PVC. Larger quantities simply lower your per-piece price.

Can we order name patches for individual staff?

Yes. Each name is a separate small run, so send the list of names with your artwork and we will quote the set together.

Which backing works for uniforms?

Sew-on for permanent placement on laundered workwear, iron-on for lighter-duty garments, and hook-and-loop where a patch needs to be swapped between shifts or roles.

How do we keep future orders consistent?

Your approved production artwork and specification stay on file, so a later run is produced to the same setup instead of being rebuilt.

How does approval work?

You review and approve your free digital mockup before paying. After payment, we make a real sample and send you a photo of it to approve before the full production run begins.

How long does production take?

Standard turnaround is 10–14 business days after sample approval. No payment until you approve the mockup.
