Reproducing a logo faithfully
A logo built for screen does not always translate to thread. Fine type, thin strokes and tight gradients behave differently at 3 inches wide in stitch than they do on a website. We flag those issues in the mockup and recommend a construction that keeps the mark readable rather than shrinking it until it blurs.

Quantity and budget
Per-piece price falls as quantity rises, so a staff run and a merchandise run rarely cost the same per patch. Pricing is instant up to 4 inches on the longest side; anything larger is quoted individually.

Questions from business buyers
What is the minimum order for company patches?
Every custom patch type starts at 5 pieces: embroidered, woven, printed, chenille, leather, PVC and glow-in-the-dark PVC. Larger quantities simply lower your per-piece price.
Can you work from our brand guidelines?
Yes. Send the logo files and any color references you use. We redraw artwork that is not production ready and show you the result in the mockup before anything is made.
Will a reorder match our first run?
We keep the approved production artwork and specification on file, so a repeat order is produced to the same setup rather than rebuilt from scratch.
How does approval and payment work?
You review and approve your free digital mockup before paying. After payment, we make a real sample and send you a photo of it to approve before the full production run begins.
How long does a business order take?
Standard turnaround is 10–14 business days after sample approval. Rush production is available on request.
Are there setup or artwork fees?
No setup fees. Premium backings such as hook-and-loop add a small per-patch charge.
