6Six Needles is a custom patch and production art company working with U.S. brands, teams and businesses since 2015. We make embroidered, PVC, woven, chenille, leather and printed patches, plus labels, stickers and transfers, and we prepare the artwork behind them. Every order runs on approvals: you see a digital mockup before you pay, and a photo of a real sample before the full run is produced.

Custom production goes wrong in predictable places: the logo is too detailed for the size, the backing does not suit how the patch will be worn, or the color reads differently in thread than it does on a screen. So we put two checkpoints in front of production instead of one at the end.
Step 1
Start with your artwork
Send whatever you have. A finished vector file, a rough sketch, a photo of an old patch, or just a logo pulled off your website.
Step 2
We review the details
We look at the construction, finished size, backing and whether the detail in your artwork will hold at patch scale, and we tell you if something needs to change.
Step 3
Review your digital mockup
You get a free digital mockup within 24 hours showing the proposed result. No payment until you approve the mockup.
Step 4
We make a real sample
After approval we produce a real sample. It is the first unit of your run, made on the same equipment as the rest.
Step 5
Approve the sample photo
We photograph the sample and send it to you. Nothing else is produced until you say it looks right.
Step 6
Full production and tracked shipping
The full run is produced after your approval. Standard turnaround is 10–14 business days after sample approval. Tracked Shipping | No Extra Charges.

What we make
Custom patches
Seven constructions, each suited to a different kind of artwork. Every custom patch type starts at 5 pieces: embroidered, woven, printed, chenille, leather, PVC and glow-in-the-dark PVC. Larger quantities simply lower your per-piece price.
Other custom products
Branding that lives on the inside of a garment, on packaging, or pressed straight onto fabric. These carry their own run sizes rather than the patch minimum.
Production artwork
Our Design Studio handles the file work that production needs: logo design, vector conversion, artwork cleanup and color separation. For machine embroidery we also handle embroidery digitizing.
Why we built the tools
The hardest part of ordering custom work online is not checkout. It is deciding what to order. Most of the questions we answered by email for years were the same few: which type, how big, where it goes, and what the file needs. So we built those answers into the site.
