Professional Logo Digitizing for Embroidery Machines
6Six Needles has been providing embroidery digitizing services to brands, uniform suppliers, and embroidery shops across the US and UK since 2015. Every design is hand-punched by a digitizer, never auto-traced, so your logo sews clean the first time. Whether you need a left-chest logo digitized, a full-back jacket design, or a cap-front file with the right pull compensation, we build the stitch file around your machine, your fabric, and your thread count. Underlay, density, stitch direction, and trim placement are set manually for each design. Send a JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, or even a photo of a hand sketch. We'll convert it into a production-ready embroidery digitizing file and tell you upfront if anything in the artwork won't translate to thread.
How Our Digitizing Process Works
- 1. Upload your artwork, any format, any quality
- 2. We hand-punch the design, proper underlay, density, and pull compensation for your fabric
- 3. You review and approve, we don't hand off a file we wouldn't sew ourselves
- 4. You receive your files

Embroidery Digitizing for Shops & Businesses
If embroidery is part of your business, the stitch file has to do more than look good on-screen. It needs to run consistently in production, on your machines, across a full run. We digitize for embroidery shops, contract embroiderers, apparel decorators, uniform suppliers, promotional product businesses, clothing brands, in-house production teams, and individual machine owners who just need one good file.
Every file is built around how it will actually sew: underlay chosen for the fabric, density set so the design does not board up, pull compensation applied where the stitch will distort, stitch direction planned so the finished embroidery reads the way the artwork does, and sequencing and trims kept tidy so the run does not stop more than it has to. Registration is checked on designs where outlines and fills have to land on each other.
Tell us what machine and format you run and we will confirm the deliverable with you before work begins.
Digitizing as a Standalone Service
Already have an embroidery shop? Perfect. We can digitize the file and send it back for production on your side. The stitch file is yours to run wherever you like.
Need embroidery production too? That can be handled separately, but production is not required to order digitizing. Most digitizing customers never place a physical embroidery order with us, and that is exactly how the service is meant to work.
If your artwork is not ready yet, start with raster to vector conversion or artwork cleanup and logo repair. Not sure what size the design should be? Use the Embroidery Size & Placement Advisor.
Digitized by People Who Understand Production
Our digitizing experience is grounded in real production. We understand what happens after the file leaves the screen and reaches the machine: how underlay, density, pull compensation, sequencing, trims, and stitch direction affect the finished embroidery. We have been digitizing and running embroidery since 2015, and we sew the same kinds of files we send out.
The goal is not simply to deliver a file that opens. It is to deliver a file built to sew cleanly.
