2. Production and Dispatch Time
Because many of our products are custom-made, shipping time includes both:
- production time
- delivery time
Estimated turnaround times are provided as a general guide only and are not guaranteed unless confirmed by us in writing.
Delays may happen due to:
- design approval delays
- changes requested after confirmation
- large order volume
- material availability
- customs processing
- shipping carrier delays
- public holidays
- events beyond our control
3. Direct Shipping From Manufacturing Unit
To help minimize turnaround time, some orders may be shipped directly from our manufacturing unit instead of a separate office or handling location.
This allows us, where appropriate, to speed up dispatch and reduce unnecessary delays in the shipping process.
Because of this, depending on the order, package origin, shipping label details, or dispatch location may vary.
4. Shipping Locations
We may ship to domestic and international destinations, depending on the order and delivery address.
If we are unable to ship to your location, we will inform you before confirming the order whenever possible.

9. Split Shipments

11. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
