Welcome to 6Six Needles (“6Six Needles,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, services, quotes, orders, and any related communications.

By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of others.

You must not:

  • Use the website for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes
  • Interfere with the website’s security or operation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
  • Submit false, misleading, or incomplete information

2. Products and Services

6Six Needles offers custom and non-custom products, including but not limited to patches, apparel branding products, labels, tags, and related items.

Because many of our products are custom-made, final products may vary slightly from digital mockups, screens, photographs, or samples. Minor variations in color, texture, stitching, material, finish, size, and placement may occur as part of the normal production process.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit any product or service at any time without notice.

3. Quotes and Orders

Any quote we provide is subject to change until your order is confirmed by us.

An order is not considered accepted until:

  • we confirm it, and
  • any required payment, deposit, approval, artwork, or specifications have been received.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, production limitations, or incomplete information.

4. Customer Approval

For custom orders, we may provide a digital proof, mockup, specification summary, or order confirmation before production.

It is your responsibility to carefully review and approve all order details, including:

  • artwork
  • spelling
  • dimensions
  • colors
  • quantities
  • materials
  • backing or finishing options
  • shipping information

Once approval is given, 6Six Needles is not responsible for errors that were included in the approved design or approved order details.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices shown on our website, quotes, invoices, or messages are subject to change without notice unless already confirmed in writing.

You agree to pay all applicable charges, including product price, setup fees, mold charges, digitizing fees, shipping charges, taxes, duties, or other applicable costs.

Payment may be required in full or in part before production begins.

If a pricing, typographical, or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and cancel or refuse the order if needed.

Consumer-protection guidance for online sellers emphasizes giving customers clear information about price, payment, and delivery before an order is placed.  

6. Production and Turnaround

Production timelines are estimates only unless we expressly guarantee a deadline in writing.

Turnaround times may vary based on:

  • order size
  • product type
  • design complexity
  • approval delays
  • material availability
  • holidays
  • shipping carrier performance
  • customs processing
  • events outside our control

We are not liable for delays caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We will ship orders to the address provided by the customer. You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping information is accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for loss, delay, misdelivery, or extra charges caused by:

  • incorrect address information
  • customs issues
  • failed delivery attempts
  • carrier delays
  • weather or force majeure events

If a shipment is returned to us because of incorrect or incomplete delivery information, reshipping fees may apply.

FTC consumer guidance states that sellers must ship within the time they promised, or within 30 days if no shipping time was promised, subject to applicable law and the specifics of the transaction.  

8. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Custom-made and personalized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.

Cancellation requests may be considered only before production begins. If design work, setup work, digitizing, mold creation, or sampling has already started, related charges may still apply.

Refunds, replacements, or credits, if any, will be handled according to our Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, branding, logos, photos, layouts, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to 6Six Needles and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

If you submit artwork, logos, designs, or other content to us, you represent that:

  • you own the rights to it, or
  • you have permission to use it for production.

You agree that you are solely responsible for any claims arising from artwork or materials you provide.

We reserve the right to refuse any content that we believe may infringe intellectual property rights or violate applicable law.

10. Prohibited Content

You may not submit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, violent, obscene, misleading, discriminatory, or infringing on the rights of others.

We reserve the right to reject any order or design request that we believe is inappropriate, unlawful, or harmful to our business or others.

11. Marketing and Website Content

We try to ensure that our website, product listings, photos, descriptions, and other content are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free at all times.

Colors and appearance may vary depending on screens, lighting, device settings, and production methods.

The FTC requires online advertising and disclosures to be truthful and clear, and it can take action against misleading online sales practices.  

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 6Six Needles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website, products, or services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order or service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

13. No Warranties

Our website, products, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, except as otherwise expressly stated in writing.

We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
