Approve the real sample
Approve the real sample photo, then full production starts. Standard turnaround: 10 to 14 business days after sample approval.
No payment until you approve the mockup. After payment, we make a real sample and send you a photo to approve before the full production run begins.

- What is the minimum order?
- Custom patches start at 5 pieces. Labels, stickers and transfers ship in fixed run sizes shown on their cards.
- Which sizes are covered by package pricing?
- Pricing shown covers designs up to 4″ on the longest side. Over 4″? We’ll email your custom price within 6 to 10 hours.
- What is included in the price?
- Your order, standard backing, tracked shipping and a free digital mockup. Hook-and-loop backing adds $0.30 per patch.
- When do I pay?
- After you approve the mockup. Send artwork and specs, review the mockup we email back, then approve production.
